The area is conveniently located near the parking lots and the resort entrance, making arrivals and departures easier. The Neva residence overlooks the central square of the Falaise district and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the resort. The area has all the necessary shops for a successful stay, and the center of Avoriaz is just a 5-minute walk away. The ski departure point allows easy access to different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and provides direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers.
