Entrance: a few steps and you arrive in the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, electric stove, micro-wave, fridge). A bunk bed (80x190cm) is in the same room.
The living room can be separated thanks to a sliding door. Inside you will find a convertible sofa/bed (140x190cm), a small fire place, 32” TV with DVD player and stereo. You will be able to enjoy the view of the mountains on the balcony facing south-east.
Separated WC and separated bathroom with a bath and a laundry/dryer machine are also in the apartment.
The Sequoia residence is located in the historic area of Dromonts and overlooks the charming square of the same name.
The Sequoia residence is one of the first residences in Avoriaz. It was built at the same time as the Hôtel des Dromonts, which is located a few meters away, and consists of 30 apartments designed on half-levels. It marks the turning point that leads to the Place des Dromonts and its recently renovated shops, including a bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine and deli shop, and ski shops.
Access to the Arare sector of the Portes du Soleil ski area is direct, allowing you to access other sectors or nearby Switzerland.
