Located on the 5th floor with lift of the Chapka residence (Hotel de la Falaise entrance) in Avoriaz, this apartment is close to the car parks and the agency for easy arrival.
It offers a neat decoration, beautiful volumes and a multitude of clever storage. From the entrance a very practical dedicated space with storage which opens onto a corridor. It serves the different spaces of the apartment. First of all, a bathroom with shower and WC, then a second with a bathtub ideal for relaxing after a sporting day.
The corridor then leads to a first independent bedroom with bunk beds 80*190cm and a window facing east. Finally, we arrive in the colorful and welcoming living room. It consists of a modern and functional kitchenette: fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and Nespresso coffee maker and a dining area.
In the living room, 2 sofas face each other while enjoying the light and the south-east view thanks to the large windows. It is equipped with a television. One of the sofas is easily convertible into a 140*190cm bed with a dedicated mattress and allows you to spend comfortable nights. The last independent bedroom is accessible from the living room and offers a 140*190cm bed with mountain views. Well-optimized storage so as not to encroach on the space of the bedroom allows you to arrange your belongings for a comfortable stay. The ski-to-door departure from the residence makes it easy to reach several areas, whether it is the Plateau, Super-Morzine or Arare area.

The Chapka residence, also known as the Hotel de la Falaise, is located in the Falaise neighborhood, very close to the main entrance of the resort.
The neighborhood is conveniently situated near the resort entrance, making arrivals and departures easy. The Chapka residence faces south and offers a view of the surrounding mountains and the resort. The neighborhood has all the necessary shops for a successful stay, and the center of Avoriaz is only a 5-minute walk away.
The ski departure point allows easy access to various sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and provides direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers.
