Arrival and Departure

• Key Handover Guaranteed from 5:00 PM

Starting from 5:00 PM, head directly to our agency to collect your keys and other services (ski passes, ski rental, and ski lessons). It is located in the Falaise neighborhood, in close proximity to covered parking lots for convenient arrival.

During the season, we are open every day from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with continuous service on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To contact us: +33 (0)4 50 74 16 08

• I plan to arrive before 5:00 PM

Our teams make every effort to ensure a key handover by 5:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, we offer an early check-in service that allows you to access your apartment by 12:00 PM. This service can be reserved up to 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to availability. Feel free to contact our team for more information.

• In Case of Late Arrival

For late arrivals, please notify your agency at +33 (0)4 50 74 16 08. Your keys will be left for you at the station reception. You can simply visit our agency the next day to complete the arrival formalities.

Please also note that our agency offers a catering and grocery delivery service, which can be ordered until noon for delivery between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Our catering partner, Le R, delivers your orders directly to your refrigerator. Upon your arrival, you just need to warm up your dishes and enjoy.

• Parking and Station Transportation

Avoriaz is a pedestrian and snow-covered resort. Remember to dress warmly and wear snow-appropriate footwear to facilitate your arrival.

The key handover for your apartment is guaranteed from 5:00 PM. We recommend leaving your luggage in your car until you have collected the keys. However, you can still complete the arrival formalities, and you'll only need to collect your keys at 5:00 PM.

The covered parking lots are continuously monitored and offer 1,730 spaces, along with 6 electric vehicle charging stations. Our agency also has covered parking spots that you can reserve, ensuring your immediate access upon arrival.

Keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. For departures before 8:00 AM, a key box is available to the bottom left of our agency's door. Please note that you can book your departure cleaning with our agency until the day before your departure.

If You Have Booked Departure Cleaning:

• Take out the trash and separate recyclables.
• Remove the bed linens and place them in the living room (do not take them outside the apartment). 
• Leave the kitchen area clean and start the dishwasher if necessary.

If You Haven't Booked Departure Cleaning: 

• Take out the trash and separate recyclables.
• Remove the bed linens and place them in the living room (do not take them outside the apartment).
• Tidy up the dishes and the apartment.
• Clean the floors and surfaces.

The apartment should be returned in the same condition as you found it upon arrival. If cleaning is required, it will be charged at the applicable rate (from €50 to €150 depending on your apartment type), plus a €50 surcharge. You can book your departure cleaning with our agency until the day before your departure. Feel free to contact our team for more information.

It's possible to arrange an exit inspection. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by completing the appointment form provided upon your arrival.
