Our agency is open year-round. During the season, we're open every day from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays continuously from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Off-season, you can reach us from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The story begins in 1976 with the Arnéodo family's arrival in Avoriaz. Quickly, Jean establishes the real estate agency "Hauts Forts" and sets the initial rules for resale. He pioneers this market at a time when only developers were present in the resort, solely dealing with the resale of new buildings.
Soon after, the group expands to offer more services to property owners, and in 1980, "La Centrale Locative de l'Immobilière des Hauts Forts" is created. The agency offers tailored services for property owners, ensuring transparent property management to foster loyalty. The agency ventures into promoting ski vacations on a national and international level.
Avoriaz Holidays remains a family business, currently led by Thomas Arnéodo. Our offices are open all year, and our team of no less than 65 collaborators, including 20 full-time staff members, work every day to make your stay an extraordinary experience. Our teams consist of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, each contributing their unique perspectives and skills.
